RETURNS POLICY

Refunds
Any refund claims must be made within 14 days of delivery and the cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the customer. All returned products must be unused (e.g. not worn, washed, damaged or altered), returned in a resalable condition and in accordance with instructions from contacting Customer Service. All products not returned in accordance will be sent back and refund cannot be refunded.

If the refund is claimed for any item of your order, and that order was not subject to additional promotions or discounts, then a full refund will apply for that item. However, if the order had discounts applied, then the item will be refunded proportionally. For example, order includes Item-1 ($20) and Item-2 ($30) which totals $50. A 10% discount was applied and new total was $45. If refund is claimed for Item-2, then the refund will be $27.

Refunds will be returned through the original payment method used for the order. Contact our Customer Service team directly using the Contact Us form or email info@truebluekid.com to commence a refund.

Faulty Items
TrueBlueKid takes care to ensure all our products are of high quality standards. However, if for any reason you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. The faulty or damaged item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for verification and approval. Once validated, the product cost and your return shipping costs will be refunded.

Contact our Customer Service team directly using the Contact Us form or email info@truebluekid.com to report any product faults. You will be advised of the return shipping address most suitable to your location and additional instructions if applicable.

Exchanges
